Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund if it is faulty. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Schools & NPO's have a different returns policy so please inquire by email or phone
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
NZ orders are shipped through NZ Couriers or Fastway Couriers with a track and trace service, and normally take 2-3 days. Overnight delivery can be arranged.
