* How do I get free lighting hire?
Just confirm an order for your glow products with us for your upcoming 2011 school disco. All orders over $250 will receive a free lighting hire package. If your order is under $250 we can still hire out the package for a small fee… please inquire…
Be quick though as we have limited sets and it’s first in first serve
*How do I confirm an order?
Simply email or call us with the name of the school, date of the disco and approx number of kids attending. We will then estimate (based on thousands of school discos and 10 years experience) how many items you are likely to sell.
* So do I need to pay anything upfront? What happens if we have leftover stock?
There is no money to pay up front and you may return unsold stock. In saying that, all returned stock & payment must be received within 10 days of the disco. For more info on this please call or email us.

*Freight: Arrives free with order and does not increase freight cost of order. Returning must be done the day after the disco at your own expense. You can pre-purchase a return freight ticket from us for $12. If we don’t receive the lighting back within 5 working days of the disco there will be a surcharge of $20/day until it is received. Other schools miss out if it’s late!
*Damages: Goods are tested before they are dispatched and honesty is required here… if it works well we will keep it going J
As with any lighting hire, damages/replacements/fixing are the responsibility of the hirer.
Lights are easy to set up and just plug straight into a normal power socket.
